White fused alumina micro grits powder FEPA & JIS using the high-quality fine powder, further broken and shaped by a pipe mill and removed iron, acid pickling and moisture by magnetic separation. White fused alumina micro grits are produced by the grinding & classification of selected Macro grain feedstock in advanced milling and classifying facility. The sizes are controlled and tested using an x-ray sedimentation particle size analyzer and particle counter. Micro grits generally conform to the FEPA (Federation of European Producers of Abrasives) specifications. Also, the plant supplies JIS and other customer-specific sizes as required.

White fused alumina micro-powder is a high-quality α-alumina powder as a raw material. It also has high purity, good self-sharpening, acid and alkali resistance, high-temperature resistance, thermal state performance stability, and excellent insulation. White fused alumina powder is suitable for making bonded and coated grinding tools; wet or dry, sandblasting, ultra-fine grinding and polishing in the crystal and electronic industry; and making advanced refractory materials and materials with high tensile strength. Also, it can be used as a catalyst, insulator, precision casting sand, etc. White fused alumina powder is also widely used in the emerging wood flooring industry, circuit boards, special coatings, polishing waxes, etc. Compared with ordinary micro-powder, our fine powder and ultrafine micro-powder properties are more concentrated in particle size distribution, making uniform surface and better gloss performance of polished wafer.
