Alumina bubble 3-5mm

Alumina bubble 3-5mm is usually made of high-purity industrial alumina, melted in an electric arc furnace at 2200℃, injected by an air compressor, and then made into alumina bubble products of different specifications according to the particle size of bubble alumina. Alumina bubble products have low apparent porosity, low thermal conductivity, good thermal shock resistance, and high-temperature structural strength. They can be directly built in the lining of the high-temperature kiln in contact with flame, as well as the manufacture of high-temperature furnace tubes, trays, protective covers, etc.

Introduction of alumina bubble 3-5mm:

Industry alumina powder raw materials of alumina bubble 3-5mm are melted in an electric arc furnace at 2200℃. When pouring the melt out, blow the melt with high-pressure air to make the melt dispersed into small droplets. During the cooling process, the droplets form alumina hollow balls due to surface tension effects. The hollow balls are screened to remove fine powder and big fragments and particles. Iron is removed with the magnetic iron. Broken balls are removed with a ball selecting machine. Then the alumina bubble is packed as the finished products.
