Wear Resistant Paper Manufacturer

Wear-resistant wood floor is also known as laminate floor. The strengthened wear resistance is mainly determined by the wear-resistant layer of alumina (white fused alumina) on the surface. In floor production, wear-resistant paper with alumina surface or spraying and other processes are used to obtain a layer of alumina wear-resistant layer on the floor surface to improve the wear-resistant performance and beauty of the floor significantly. Wear resistance is positively correlated with the quality and quantity of alumina used. Wear-resistant paper is divided into 76g, 65g, 46g, 38g, 33g, and other grades according to the quantity of corundum. The wear resistance of the floor is generally measured by the number of wear-resistant revolutions on the surface—the wear-resistant circles of floor surfaces of different quality range from 3000 to 10000.
