Wear-Resistant Floor Manufacturer

The wear-resistant floor comprises selected high wear-resisting aggregate with specific particle size grading, high-strength cement, special additives, pigments, and polymers, which can form a dense wear-resistant surface layer on the foundation concrete. By evenly sprinkling the concrete surface at the initial setting stage through special-means processing, it can create an integral whole with the concrete ground. The formed grounds system is characterized by high compactness, dyeing property, and good impact resistance. It can be widely used in places where the floor has heavy friction, easy damage, and high impact force. It can be used indoors and outdoors. It is evenly distributed on the concrete surface at the initial setting stage. After overall curing, it forms a dense whole and super-hardened surface layer with the concrete ground. It is a high-performance wear-resistant ground with compression resistance, impact resistance, wear resistance, high precision, and coloring. It is constructed with a concrete floor, and the construction period is short. At the same time, corundum products are also used in wear-resistant floor paint.

Wear-Resistant Floor FAQ

What does the form factor (grain shape) indicate?

The description of the grain shape can range from “angular” to “acicular” to “spherical”. When the value of the dimensionless form factor is 1, the grain is spherical. The smaller the form factor, the pointier the grain.

What does the term “flow properties” mean?

The flow behaviour of powders depends on many factors. The following applies in general: Coarser, dry grain types flow easily, but the fine the grains get, the stronger is the impact of morphology and various adhesive forces on the flow behaviour: Van der Waals forces Liquid bridges Electrostatic interaction The

What is grit size?

Grit size typically runs from coarse (16 -24 grit), medium (36 – 60 grit) and fine (80-120 grit).  Superfine grits run from 150 and higher.  Grinding wheels usually will be between 24 and 100 grit.  Honing stones and jointing stones and other polishing abrasives will be 150 grit and higher.

How is fused alumina obtained?

Raw materials containing aluminium oxide are electrothermally melted at a reaction temperature of more than 2,000 °C to produce the various fused aluminas. Different starting materials are used depending on the desired type of fused alumina. For instance,
