Mix Graded Bubble Alumina has the characteristics of lightweight, closed holes and high-temperature resistance. Industry alumina powder melting through the electric arc furnace, blowing and instantaneously cooling in air. It is used to produce lightweight insulating refractories where the prime requirements are low thermal conductivity and high-temperature properties. Alumina Bubble is also used effectively for loose-fill refractories, low density, high insulation refractory castable, or concrete, or to produce ceramic bodies useful in applications up to 1800°C.

Generally, we suggest to make shipment by sea which costs less. We also can follow other transportation method you asked.
What’s lead time for bulk order?
1)for 5~25 tons, it takes around 10~15days. 2)For 26~200 tons,20-40days We will try to deliver it with the promise of quality guarantee as soon as possible
What’s payment terms ?
Bank T/T, L/C at sight, Westunion.
What grit do i use for my finishing application?
If you are roughing, choose a 36 to 80 grit. If you are intermediate grinding, use 80 through 180 grit. If you are finishing, use 220 through 240 grit.
Can you produce according to the samples?
Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
